I have a Uniden Nascar BC95XLTB 200-channel scanner. I live in Valdez, Alaska, my scanner will not work / pick up something no police or Fire Dept. am when I pick up AK in Anchorage police / fire department. airfoce and much more. I was told that the police AK Valdez, a digital access code or something to use these words .. Cannot deficiency to be heard on scanner I dont under stand it at all. the scanner does not say New models for police - fire-air-ham sw .... I need a different type of scanner?
