I am looking for a neck-cooling device while I saw a commercial on a back, can not find, maybe you can help?>
I am looking for any type of device cooling neck I saw a while back, on one of those late night commercials. I did a Google search on this, I typed: "neck cooler" but I was a whole series of tie / scarf type neck cooler, but that's not what I want. This special article does not seem so much more advertised, as far as I was a fat, half-moon (boomerang) shaped what we remember and share on the back of your neck, which allegedly cooled on hot Days. Is this not the stuff or something ... it is a battery-powered device you .... on your neck strap based on the commercial's, made it cools blood flow whereby the head in to cool and refresh hot days. Never did catch the website for this particular gadget. If you know or what they think I'm talking about, please write Answer me a good link to that site. Thank You!
It may be a reason why you can not find it - it was a fake, a fraud, a ripoff. The cloth neck cooler with the gel crystals actually work in them, they are cheap and foolproof.
