Do I need a wiring / installation kit here?
My 1999 Corolla is already an aftermarket stereo installed. I look forward unit to replace it with a newer ones. I pulled my dash apart and found the wires to a cable set, what would you buy a shop in already spliced. Do I still need a Wiring / Mounting Kit, or do you think I can save what was done right from the first installation I get away without purchasing additional kits?
They are be of the plug from the back of the old radio thinking and simply plugging in the new, then no, it is not likely to be the same, but when you get to the compounds from the radio cut to the radio adapter and then use the new ReWire, you can do it. The harness of aftermarket radios to follow standards and the same color have wires, but they fit color for color.
