Is it physically possible to bank a further 45 plates on each side in 4 months tops?
I'm 16 turning 17 next month and I can lift 45 pounds bar 45 pounds weight on the side with a 10 rep 3 and i found that by feel and when I start, small weights is gradually it possible to go up to two £ 45 boards on each side in 4 months tops?
You never indicated how many reps you do at 225 (two 45-LB-plates on each side) wanted. I assume from a clean rep. So, if you bench press 135 pounds 10 times, the calculations must be repeated, that once 180 pounds bench. Your goal is to bench 225 pounds in four months or 17 weeks (4.33 weeks / mo). If you increase your bench press to 170 kg with 10 reps (35 pounds more) you can bench 225 once. You need your bank to to increase about 2 pounds per week for a consecutive 17 weeks, to achieve this.
