Ignition Panel

I have A 2001 Honda Civic. Recently, the instrument panel functions were temporarily off and on again.?
I changed it to my dealer and they cleaned and the ignition switch on the dashboard. Unfortunately, the instrument panel still off and it stays away more after him, I brought to my dealer. Each similar case with your Honda?
It sounds like a short, perhaps with the wiring to the fuse box or the ignition switch. I had a similar problem with a Mazda.
