A ground wire to the edge of a plastic container, they can stop within a static building on a liquid?
I need scientific Reference for this, if you can please. My belief is that regardless of movement in the liquid, a charge fluid to build in the . Cause In this situation, I think a grounding cable is nothing but the fee is to remain only within the liquid. I am aware of it, the exception of liquids, non-conductors, the static could build on the surface. In this situation, I'm not sure that takes the static plastic travel to reach a ground wire.
Plastic is an insulator, so attaching a ground wire to the outside of a sculpture should not do anything to the liquid inside. In addition, the Container is already by the fact that it is sitting on the ground floor.
