Rolling Thunder Galleries

During the upcoming season we plan to attend as many events
as possible. We will be bringing our digital microphone
and our camera. We want to meet as many of you as we can,
take some pictures and record some interviews.

The pictures will be here and the recordings
will be on the air.

These two were the highlight of my day. Reported Denis Seguin,
who took the picture. This is Glenn and Ruby Walker on their 2002,

Just a portion of the record number to attend this year's event.

Jane Yaschuk from the FVDRA instructs riders on up coming event.

For the Rempel's this is a family affair.

As it is for the McKays.

There were bikes and riders of all ages and sizes there.

This battery operated quad was one to remember.

Even Bruce's dog wanted to ride.

So did Roberta.

Orca Bay Suzuki had a hard time supplying dirt bikes & quads to
everyone that wanted to try out their new stock.

The guys from Bell Helmets were busy telling folks
about their quality goods.

The boys at the concession stand were busier selling theirs.

Dirt was not a problem for Bill Hitchon from 5th Gear.

Or for Brodie and Roberta's Grandsons Jake and Brock.

We had a great time at the A & W on Lougheed Hwy. celebrating
Roberta's 15th Real Birthday. 02/29/03

A & W welcomed us with open arms.

So did the A & W Root Bear. As Roberta found out here.

We had a cake with candles and the whole deal thanks to A & W.

Some of the AIM group were there too.

As were Sylvia Braddick, Mike and Barbara.

Bones and Balmer from the Teamster Horsemen
were there to wish Roberta a Happy Birthday.

Even Marq from Western Powersports had time to have
a piece of cake with us.

From the BCHRA Roberta's sister Ellie, her husband Dave,
Mrs. Swift and ex-BCHRA Pres. Harold dropped by.

Even Louis from Louis' Leather had time to take a photo
with the A & W Root Bear.

Simone and Aaron from Old School Motorcycles put on a
fashion show for the event.

The models were a big hit.

So were the clothes.

And more models.

And more clothes.

Not everyone who won a prize could drive a motorcycle
or hot rod as Maya-Roisin could tell you.

We just loved that Root Bear.

And Brodie just loved that Root Beer.

The Teamster Horsemen continue their charity work.
Here James and Balmer are with Ashley Gowanlock.
