Bolts Pair

I pinched my finger with a pair of pliers and now theirs a red line on the area i pinched, what do i do?!?
I was unscrewing a tight bolt and accidentally pinched myself im not bleeding but a red line appeared on that area, i know that its blood. My sister and brother said that your supposed to poke it and let the blood come out but theyre dumbasses help me.
hahaha i do that all the time, if you are mechanically inclined at all, you will do much much worse as time goes on. my hands are plastered with scars from cuts and burns. including a weird coincidence were i had 2 droplets of liquid metal melt into my forearm and the a half circle cut just below them making a happy face scar lol
As for the pinching.. honestly, you ll be fine. if it is really bad, it may bruise or even form a blood blister. I highly doubt you broke your finger so if it broke the skin (or you poked it with a pin) then put some peroxide or something on it to help prevent infection.
