I was told to buy Kit UUC short shift travel, but it is more, then I'm willing to spend. Any Suggestions on a good short shift kit thats under 200 dollars?
I installed a shift form a Z4 in my E34 and I love it. The union is about half what it was and it very closely but it sits very deep in the hole. They only run like $ 67 or something like that, but you should do some looking. I know the M3 has a to bend slightly different, so it does not work so well for you as it did for me. There may be other options out there with a factory shifter but. I'd also say a UUC shifter setup with the closure and I must say that it was very nice. It was worth every penny.
